Guru Poker is not honest!

This WE, 2 forums organized private tournaments with buy-in (2.2 and 3.3$) and a “add money” of Guru (Ongame), accepted on the board by Guru Poker…
Disillusion, because Guru estimating that too many same players had taken part in these various tournaments, they decided simply to confiscate the profits and to cancel the tournaments after those are finished!!!

Moreover, after these cancellations, them buy-in are not refunded!

After several e-mails, Guru refunded the buyin ONLY for players ITM in these tournaments
For others, NOTHING!!!
Only the hope for GURU whom these players do not realize of nothing!

It will be necessary that several players engaged in these tournaments claim so that Guru decides to also refund them…

Between contradictions (articles of the regulation invisible and not presented by GURU) and lies (refunding buy-in for the participants), this room does not bring any convincing element to justify its decision… it is unilateral, full stop!

The worst, Ongame Network at informed of the situation… Their answer contains only one sentence, written by the Manager of Communication:

“Guruplay is not share of our network.”

There too, there exists a deficit of credibility
Because if Guru actually belongs at Smart Gaming Group (London-U.K.), a partnership agreement with good signed between SGG and Ongame for the part poker online…

This history is not finished yet, since “Gambling Commission of the U.K.” is informed of these facts…

With you to decide to or not play on Guru, but now you are informed…

“Guruplay is not part of our network.”

'Guruplay is not part of our network.'

GOOD JOB RAYCATT.

DESHONESTOS Y LADRONES..

Hi,

In response to your post, we were informed that there were problems with the tournaments that took place last week because the same 10 players participated in all of the buy-ins that were reserved for players registered with the affiliates for whom the tournaments were organised. However, other players who wanted to partipate in the tournaments were refused to be given the password for entry, being told that it was a team league which is not true and you can see the message in the transcript below:

flrob25:
I cant give it because is only for a team league
1-284-TL-O_27576_1
2011-07-09 15:47
only 10 players play today
1-284-TL-O_27576_1
2011-07-09 15:48

It is our understanding that these tournaments were arranged solely for the financial gain of the few who were able to participate and we were informed that this group of players have been going round many other poker rooms doing the same thing.

All of the buy-ins and tournaments fees were refunded to the players and those that made into the money were paid part of their winnings.

Thanks,

The GuruPlay Team

Guruplay why did you organised this tournament ? It is the organiser decision who play or not ! If an tournament was organised for an affiliate it is the afiliate problem who play or not . I dont understand why this chat disccusion is the problem. There are many players with multy accounts and chip dumping , what are you doing with that ? It is a joke this with chat situation, because on Bwin there are many tournaments with password and only some players can play them . It is a joke that with chat disccusion and i dont understand youre decision !

PS : In which paragraph from youre Rules it is sayd that an tournament to be played from the all Guruplay poker players ??? Im waiting for response from you !!![b]

Why the others tournaments from Guruplay you dont confiscate the prizes ?? Why on pokerbigbet or bettingforums tournament play only same players and small players registered ?!! This is not fair and i dont understand youre decision. Maybe you should decide to lock our accounts there, it seems that is the only decision you havent made it .

Hi,

Affiliates for which we organize private buy-ins or private freerolls are told that players need to register via their links. Affiliates were sent an e-mail regarding this:

"Yes that's correct, they will have to register via your links or banners to GuruPlay and participate to the buy-in."

It is only normal so we can see the players the affiliate is sending to the tournaments for which GURUPLAY pay the added prizepool and this is to avoid situation like the one of last week-end.

There are many other tournaments players can participate in without having to set up a private tournament.

Thanks for your understanding,

The GuruPlay Team

And why for this afiliate you make tournament without link registration restricted ? Anyway is not fair for the winners from this tournaments , and only chat disscusion to be only reason for why tournaments prizes to be confiscated . Please answer me where in youre Rules Article is sayd that in an tournament to play more players than organisator invited !

Response for GuruPlay:

In first, welcome on this forum, even if that starts with a dissension....

You are not logical in your remarks:

All the players have an account in Guru, and all deposited on your room, they paid buy-in for these tournaments...
You accepted the tournaments on the board, and you affirm that it's only for this communication in Guru Chat that you cancelled these tournaments...
With no communication in Chat, all is okay for you, you accepted players and Tournaments, and confiscate anything, according to what I must understand of your writings…
You seem to treat us swindlers and manipulators, but the prizepool was regular with only 3 players paids...
Moreover, it was necessary that certain players claim their buyins after having learned that the various players entered the prizepot had been refunded buy-in directly after confiscation of the profits…
And for you, waiting 2 days for cancelled and removed the profits of players ITM is correct...
All is that really logical??

YO LE DOY UN CONSEJO A GURUPLAY TEAM:

NO TRATE DE JUSTIFICAR LO QUE NO TIENE RAZON DE SER NI JUSTIFICACION.

ADEMAS USTEDES ESTAN MINTIENDO PUESTO QUE LOS BUY IN QUE
YO PAGUE PARA ESOS TORNEOS NO ME HAN SIDO DEVUELTOS Y ADEMAS
EL RESTANTE DEL DINERO QUE YO DEPOSITE QUE FUERON US20 DOLARES
TAMPOCO LO HAN DEVUELTO.

SI USTED LEE MI COMENTARIO ANTERIOR PUEDE DARSE CUENTA QUE YO ME GANE
OTRO TORNEO APARTE DE ESTOS Y MI DINERO TAMPOCO APARECE.

AQUI LE ENVIO UNA FOTO DE ESE TORNEO QUE FUERON US54 DOLARES,
Y EN MI CUENTA APARECEN 0.33 DOLARES DE SALDO.

ENTONCES CUALES SON LAS RAZONES QUE TIENEN PARA HACER ESTO??

SINCERAMENTE YO LE DIGO QUE A MI ESTO ME PARECE UN ATROPELLO Y UN ROBO.

P.D: OTRA COSA PERDONE MIS PALABRAS , PERO A USTEDES QUE LES IMPORTA QUE PERSONAS JUEGUEN UN TORNEO O NO? Y DONDE DICE ESO EN SUS REGLAS? ADEMAS VIENEN Y LO CANCELAN 2 DIAS DESPUES.
